Aero Consultants are a certified distributor for the products of Henkel Aerospace since more than 40 years. Hysol Structural Adhesives have been in the portfolio of Aero Consultants since the early days of our company. The owners of the brand Hysol have changed, the quality of the products has remained. In the more recent history Henkel have acquired not only the Hysol product range, but also leading Surface Treatment brand names like Turco, Alodine and the Release Agents Frekote. These product ranges are now sold under the names Loctite and Bonderite. The strong co-operation between Aero Consultants and Henkel Aerospace has remained and we are very pleased to announce, that Loctite Aerospace structural adhesives will soon be availble from European production.

Henkel Aerospace is opening the new manufacturing centre in Montornès

On the 4th of June 2019, Henkel Aerospace officially opened the new European centre for production of aerospace products, mainly structural adhesives. Together with the facilities in Bay Point California, manufacturing capacities for this growth market will be increased. In the near future and after successful qualification by the OEMs, many of the well established products will be available from European production. With the strategy of two manufacturing centres, risks in the supply chain are minimized. The new plant near Barcelona meets the most stringent sustainability standards and it is certified to all Aerospace quality requirements.
