Aqua Raw Material

For those customers who want to produce Aqua mandrels by themselves we still offer the Aqua raw materials.

Aquacore is a moist powder and ready to use. The material needs to be compacted into tools and must be dried in a convection oven.
Aquapour is a dry powder and need to be mixed with water. The material can be poured into tools and must be dried in a convection oven.
Aquafill is a water-soluble paste for bonding and reparing of mandrels and Aqua blocks.
Aquaseal is a water-soluble sealer. The material needs to be applied in several layers. Every layer should be dried in a convection oven.

Honeycomb Stabilization

Honeycombs can be easily stabilized by using Aquacore. So you can machine your 3D shape and wash out the material afterwards. See flyer and video stated below.
